The day since I have bought the domain name from them my night mare has started , The customer service does not understands the basic queries , For eg if u have to fill a the water from jar to glass u simply lift and pour it but here they work as if the have to get water out of gravity connect hose build suction presure and so etc etc , Its been a waste of time and most of the times the chat people dobnt repond and if they then they ask us to raise a email query and u should be lucky to get the reply

Dear all, be aware of 2gbhosting before they started there company with a name www.jumbohost.com after taking people money they closed there service and changed name to 2gbhosting these people are fraud team after geting money they stop service and change there name again. so be careful.
So, here it begins. All my websites down from last 2 days (though happened thrice in a week). 24*7 customer support doesn't even bother to attend calls. No response from last 2 days. No communication from hosting provider about the issue. In short, no total BLACK BOX on what is happening.
I have bought hosting from jumbo host. They have been down the server for the last 20 days. Previously, the server down and told didn't recover the data. This is the Second Time. Now they 2GBHOSTING.COM take over the jumbo host. I contacted 2GB HOSTING ask about my site backup. they tell don't have any backup. This is the very worst thing. I can raise a complaint against Jumbo host and 2gb hosting. I didn't get any response.
