Before reaching Ewebguru I have stuck very bad provider who didn’t even respond to queries or issues. But since I am using ewebguru I get free from that hectic their support system is very active and I liked that thing very much. Simultaneously I buy web hosting from Domainracer also and I just stood silent they are offering extra features at a very reasonable price.
I would say that both providers I am working with now are providing just outstanding features and always make one step ahead for their customers.
Very Bad Experience via using E-webguru Hosting Services. Websites are down and hacked every month. no backup response from technical team. technical team is extremely pathetic and non responsive.
I was purchased a reseller account from eweb guru and during 6 months service i was facing too much problems with hostng account, in this time period 8 times server was hacked and when ever i want to connect with eweb exisiting members ask for cache delete and history delete nothing else and ensuring me that your problem is solved but not solved yet
Please don't ever think to Host your website in this server
Being associated with eWebGuru since last 4 years, though 4 is just a number for them. They don't know how to value their customers. The technical support is inefficient, and the staffs talk rude quite often. They claim to provide 24/7 support, but its a big gimmick to attract users. Don't fall for it. They don't even have their website built properly, which will put you to doubt their authenticity. You don't have any escalation options with eWebGuru, which means that if you are unsatisfied with their service, you don't have anyone to escalate to.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Ewebguru, and I’ve been using them for about 5 years. I started with the Basic shared best hosting package and later upgraded to the Business Pro plan.
Definitely have to shout out for Ewebguru. I have five domains registered, with four active websites. Registering the domains was a piece of cake as was setting up the first website. The second was originally a WordPress free site that I moved to Ewebguru.
I am using 2 website hosting service with Ewebguru and never face any hosting or technical issue till now. I also got the nice technical support always.

Ohh, I am in web development business since from 2002, I can only say eWebGuru is one of the worst server i have came across in my business. If you respect your money and time please don't host your business site in eWebGuru
