I have ordered a service on their website via the customer chat but only received a part of my service. They said customer service made a mistake with the price and offered me to pay to receive full orders or get a full refund. 1 day later I decide to take the refund. Surprise they can't refund me. They said it's been 48hours but the support ticket clearly say 1 day ... You may note the fact that they don't even let you time to answer they already closed the ticket.
Support requests will be turned off if you do not respond within 1 hour, but you can turn the request back on and respond with a single click. We offered you a refund, but you didn't respond for 36 hours and started using the server. However, we paid RIPE for you. Therefore, there was no refund process. Please be understanding. Because we've given you a lot of options, but you're bad at us to supply cheaper products instead of evaluating them.
Your solution was make me pay 750$ when we agreed on a 450$ price. So please stop ... You offered me a refund I accepted it then you say you can’t refund me saying it’s been more than 48h when it’s not ? Even after showing you proof you keep saying it’s been 48hours when you finally admit that it’s been less than 48hours you refuse to refund me ?

Very disappointed - poor support, confusing invoicing system
Communicating with support is difficult - their english is like coming from google translate. It takes multiple iterations to get a point across. We have dedicated server (FR E3 1220 16GB) and experienced episodes of server being down with over 24 hours for Hostazor to get them back up again. Support keep saying they are waiting for data center - meanwhile our business gets impaced. Invoicing is confusing with frequent errors - I receive invoices with numbers not matching the ones on my Hostazor console, its a monthly subscription but invoices are never issued on the same dates and also are with varying amounts, discrepancy in payment due dates - 2 invoices with different numbers for the same period AND with different due dates, frequent problems with Paypal payments on Hostazor side - everytime a payment does not happen even if its an issue with their integration, service gets suspended. Payment receipts come from a reseller of baby items called "WinkelendeBaby" with a gmail contact email reference - very unprofessional and confusing. Hadn't it been for the competitive price and the effort to switch, I would have switched with another provider in a heartbeat...
I can understand how frustrated you are. Believe it or not, till today my server is still down. They are saying that an issue happened with my server disks and they need to setup my server again. Now it is worth to note that my agreement was for a Dedicated Server - with SSDs and have this service for the past 4 months - I cannot understand why swapping drives takes so much time. I am actually more thinking that I was given a VPS instead of the promised Dedicated Server - very disappointed

I'm not sure about your experiences but for my part I host several sites that runs perfectly 24/7 and I always call for support for small and big problem that I can not solve and each time they I solve my problems without any intervention from me ! what I receive is just a message that my problem has been solved and I just have to check the results ! that's what I like about them unlike others that give you an understandable sentences instructions that you must understand to solve your problems by your own without forgetting the pressure of time and customers....
You used a physical server for 6 months and at the end of 6 months your content was damaged due to your own fault, and also the server was damaged, our technical team provided you with a cloud server where you could temporarily host your data while repairing the server, but you ignored your own mistakes and made a fake evaluation and paid for 6 months. I legitimately disputed via PayPal your fraudulent service and you had all the opportunity to dispute it back but you did not because you know you do not have a truthful case. We provided evidence and PayPal dispute process takes weeks - you had the opportunity and space to argue back and prove your case but provided nothing - not even a reply. 2. You are not saying the truth about the virtual host being temporary because you charged us for it as a physical server. Also there was no communication from you that this was temporary. You just said our server is back online. 3. You are claiming we broke a physical server which required over 2 weeks to put back online and needed a temporary VM to get us running. Don't u think you're are ridiculous. What could have we done to break a machine which takes over 2 weeks to fix when we do not physically have access to it??? Are you you seriously expecting people to believe you? This is a further confirmation that you were giving us a VM which got lost and could not be recovered. 4. Why did you offer me $15 discount on the upcoming renewal fee if the fault was ours? 5. Lastly, if you are trying to intimidate genuine reviews using spamhaus, you should be ashamed. Instead of apologising and trying to improve, in the absence of genuine proof you try scare tactics to justify the crappy service you provided us. I hope these do check with us so that we can help them identify who is the real fraud here. Also, the truth about your fake positive posts will come out at some time.

They have a perfect customer service they are attentive they are patient and they solve the problem whatever the complexity! I strongly recommend them, for the moment I have not found such a good job with such prices! I made a writing error when buying my domain I paid everything with a fault on my domain name and they solve it !! GREATE JOB !!!

Hello, your problem is caused by Windows Critical CredSSP vulnerability and has been resolved by updating. If you have not been able to log in to your server due to the error "This could be due to CredSSP encryption oracle remediation" then it is completely Windows update.
