They are very professional and I am satisfied to have my business with them! I wish the team to be successful and grow up with the number of their customers as much as it's possible.
It has bad customer service and if you hire a dedicated server it takes many days to deliver it. The company is selling products that do not exist, they sell dedicated servers with features that they do not have in stock. I do not recommend it to hire services.
They shutted down government websites from different South American countries, this was a serious issue that can be considered as an act of cyber-terrorism. I was customer for two months with +5 dedicated servers. They hardware quality is poor, their support is inexistent. They also turned down an entire server for 3 days because we didn't reply for 40 minutes to an email (where they specified the exact URL of the wordpress infected that when to spam, so their abuse team is really an abuse team). Also, they did extra charges to our credit card even when we claimed that we didn't want those charges. A terror company that should be out of business and judged. I have calls, emails and much more information tho prove everything I say.
