First of all, we have checked and would like to tell you that we do not have any customers by the name of Vinay Kumar. Secondly, if you are registered with some other name then kindly share the registered email ID so that we can check if you are/were our customer or not.
Most importantly we would like to check the tickets which you have submitted to us if you were facing this much of an issue (which we doubt). As our servers and support are extremely at par with the hosting standards and uptime guarantee which we claim.
Also please share the screenshot of the days/weeks you had to wait to get our support reply as quoted by you in your review which as of now seems fake and is a well-planned activity to defame us..
Your other claim is that we are misleading the customers by showing low prices in the front end and later charging if absolutely WRONG. This clearly justifies that you cannot understand the well-framed plans and only look for the price section of hosting plans without even understanding or clarifying them via Live Chat or call even before or while ordering.

First they offer you so called free and budgeted hosting plans. when I initially paid them and upgraded the services it takes days for them to upgrade and suddenly after month they suspend your hosting and send invoice for irrelevant amount which was not shown at the time of upgrading the services..
They are scammers and only up to hack your website and database and then make you fool...

Please read our term and condition. You had a monthly plan, for this you will have to renew. Suspended several days after your plan expires.
