Unjust Treatment Based on Language and Identity by Namecheap
I am deeply frustrated with how Namecheap has handled my situation. Initially, they challenged my account based on my Iranian identity. When I proved my residency in Turkey and legal business registration in the UK, they shifted their focus to the Persian language of my site. Despite my efforts to comply, they have not reviewed my content and insist on removal simply because it's in Persian. This is not just unprofessional, it's discriminatory. After weeks of waiting, I only received dismissive responses. This is no way to treat customers
They deactivated my account because of a demo page, which I installed as a test, it's an ordinary wordpress page and template, everything was demo mode, lorem impsum, but they wrote that it was fraudulent activity, I wrote to them to check and see for themselves yes it was a demo but they didn't react, they didn't allow me to take backups, they deactivated my 4 domains and 4 sites, I paid for hosting for 2 years, they also took the money I had on my account and didn't allow withraw. I do not recommend this provider to anyone.
