I think on the beggining of december they 'had' a ddos attack leaving us all hanging, thats not the issue that can happen to anyone, the issue is after they 'fixed' the service the refuse to refund or at least to restore the service, ignore the tickets, whatsapp and telegram messages i dont recommend this company!

If you were using either of those channels, you were not talking to an authorized respresentative. Our only means of support are tickets and live chat on the website.
We are already talking on a forum about this you compromise to refund this week, if that's true I'll change my review! And yes we talked over WhatsApp and telegram, hope you are not liying
It's still offline for me as when i needed to move to another hosting, i asked refund and they deleted my account and blocked all social media. Is that fine to you? Also, one month of downtime? In their facebook page the people is still affected by the DDoS attack, they said it was fine on 22nd Decemeber, then again offline in a few hours! Any positive here is paid comment!

sharkserve.rs this is a False, Fake, Worst, Poor, Cheater
This company is completely a scheme. Never buy any server or service, it ate my money and did not give me the server. There was more than a week's time. It has not even answered me yet. Man tried to talk on email, ticket and chat. But after getting the cash, nobody gave any answer. All the Tickets stopped by themselves without giving any answer.
before payment chat team was replying every question. after payment not replay till now. chat team committed he will be deliver server within 2 hours. But after one week not any reply not delver server. currently I need my money.

I have create 10 ticket for support and sale team. all ticket closed by them. but they have not reply any ticket. Its has eat my money. I request all users never go with #SharkServer. Please and please and again please dont host or do something from this damn and garbage hosting or anything they are scammer and also non professional all of my tickets keep ignored and always my websites are downn for along time and the Cpanel are always also down and sometimes they ask for license activation, and they always keep asking you to upgrade ur cpu or disk usage, anything is garbage vps or dedicated server are garbage, if you want to damage your business you can use them to make you always and everyday sick and everyday problems and error also the SSL are effected all my websites and I lost lot of money because of them, while I sent paid traffic they are down.
Hello. As previously mentioned, this was due to a script error. All customers who were wrongfully charged have been refunded. Can you please confirm you got your money back, as I can't imagine any other scenario, as worst case scenario, you could have filed a chargeback. There were 2 customers who we couldn't refund before they made a chargeback, and they got their money back. The chargebacks were never contested, as we admit our fault.
They are scammers, dont host with them they charged me 1000 GBP and they send an Automatic Email to everyone saying its an Error and everyone should get their money back, but now it have been more than 9 Days we still did not refund and they are not responding to us on their support, they planned to charge everyone 1000 GBP and then leave.
Hello. All customers who were wrongfully charged have been refunded. If there's still an issue, please contact us directly. I would also like to note that only about 10 accounts were affected before the problem was noticed and the mistake corrected.
If you are so nice why you removed account without a notice and blocked all social networks when i asked a simple refund with the main reason : My service is offline for a whole month. ?
