Signetique has been a poor partner in their service. email response time is hours after incident reporting. After a major fault for close to 2 weeks, service of the mail server is intermittent at best. Emails that were sent out have been logged in as sent but recipients have not received the emails. we only know when clients contact us that they did not receive the emails. There's no explanation of what is going on despite repeated incidents reports. A call to their technical department does not help either. There's very little urgency displayed in their service recovery. my entire server was done for more than 5 days and during the recovery, there's very little communication despite reminders for an update.
