Aside from high service quality, the company is very transparent about incidents and outages. They are targeting tech people as their main customers, this means if you are a tech savvy, you will get no-nonsense service and support and you are well understood.
The cms drupal covers about 9% of all websites on the web. TransIp does not support drupal out of the box (ie get 500 errors by default after installation). Ran into it again after updating a website for one of my clients. So backwards! I have contacted the support for this but they are unwilling to change anything. Would not recommend TransIp to anyone. Apparently those problems have existed for very long already (see for example https://www.drupal.org/forum/general/general-discussion/2009-08-21/transip-hosting-drupal-not-supported )

I only listed one con because it was required and that was the limited number of hosting options. This really isn't a concern for me though because they had what I wanted. I am very happy with this, and would say they are the best hosting in the Netherlands.
