Jim is great and his team is always there for me. I had 5 websites that were terribly hacked, and Jim helped put me back together again. I had used a different hosting company for over 10 years, but after working with TVCNet I decided to do my hosting with them. The way they do security is tops. I have enjoyed their help, suggestions, wisdom, and quick responses to my questions. I highly recommend them.

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars, because TvcNet deserves million stars! I've been with this company for 4 years and I absolutely love it. First of all I have to say that the owner Jim provides the most amazing, fast and reliable customer service ever! When I first started my blog, at the time I was with another hosting company, and few months later my site got hacked, for which I'm really thankful because that's how I discovered TvcNet. Jim cleared up my site and was keeping me updated by phone and email the whole time. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. He didn't just helped me to clear my site, but he helped me secure it, and my old hosting company just said to deal with it my self, and blamed me for it. Then, I found out that at TVCNet, they didn't just provide hacker repair service, but they provided hosting service, domain service and security / update service. I was more than happy to move over from my old hosting company. Jim, the owner of TVCNet helped me with the move, he did everything on the technical side. I also love that I can sleep with peace because of such an amazing security / update service. I personally don't have time to be checking every minute of the day if my site is still up and running, and if my software is up to date, Jim got it all taken care of! Any time I have a problem, Jim is on top of it immediately, he responds to emails right away, and he even helped me to do things that are not even part of his job. The other day I asked him to install a new theme for me, because I wasn't able to do that my self, he even did that for me, what an incredible service!
