We've been with UKFast for a few years now and have experienced nothing but excellent & friendly service. It's great to know I can pick up the phone and talk to Sam, our account manager, with any questions, or raise a support ticket and get any help we need in no time at all. Since migrating to UKFast mid-September we've experienced numerous system crashes. Generally - almost literally every day - at least one of our users will have a machine crash. Occasionally to add to the enjoyment, there will be slow crashes like one his evening where Adobe crashed, followed shortly afterwards by Chrome, and then the more-familiar complete system failure.
