While the most important quality of a IPS or co-lo service provider is their Up-Time and speed (which they have definitely achieved), I would like to add the support staff I have dealt with over the last 6 months is outstanding. They are on top!
We have been hosting at Whitelabel's Hackensack datacenter since December 2016. It is a convenient 30-40 minute drive from Manhattan and the entire team was extremely helpful in getting us set-up.
Aside from being in a great area for datacenters (Hackensack is extremely rich in terms of infrastructure, speeds and options), their customer service is beyond amazing. I never have a problem reaching them via phone when I need to (not that I have had any service problems here.)
