Hostings falsos y soporte nefasto

Venden prestaciones de servidores que no son reales (o que al menos no dan la calidad y performance que deberían). Me cambio de hosting a otro con la ...

mismas prestaciones en cloudways e instantáneamente mi web sube como 10 puntos en Pagespeedinsights y va literalmente volando (y por muy poco dinero de diferencia). Ahora le toca al soporte: Nefasto no, lo siguiente, te marean y se pasan la patata caliente de unos a otros. Es verdad que su ticket medio de respuesta es bastante bajo, pero para contestar lo que te contestan, casi mejor que tardasen un poco más. No lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

Bad attitude when they know I m migrating server due to technical issues

now I m not going to continue first they asked to pay for the grace period and then suspended the account 10 hours before ending the grace period and insisted to buy for one more month to recover the data if required. I have used many hosting services including aws, godaddy, BlueHost, hostgator, Contabo, OVS, etc for different clients in my entire professional career but chemcloud is very opportunist. also, their technical staff is so much incompetent that often they refuse to install some packages or install them in a way that is not useful and generates issues. Personally, I would not recommend it to any of my clients.
