We tried their dedicated servers for around 2 weeks. They are cheaper and have a bandwidth close to 2gbps(promised 3gbps, still good)
But we faced multiple issues from their support/sales. They throttled the bandwidth of our ... Više live servers claiming we crossed the bandwidth limit(their website say they will charge extra for additional bandwidth which is normal, but throttling live server without any notice is unheard. )
We got a DMCA notice and server is down after one hour(that is reponse time given to take action is one hour).
I think CherryServers can do great if they hire people with industry experience. Their engineering and pricing is already good. Untill that never use them in production. Manje

I was honestly planning to sign up for Established Reseller Plan until i stumbled upon the pricing page. I must say that support was good and even waited for 15 mins since i had an urgent phone call to attend.
Anyways, long ... Više story short and here is the break down of events.
- So when I moved to buy now page, i was a bit shocked looking at the pricing (screenshot attached)
-- What they advertised is $17.49 per month so according to this it should be $209.88 for 12 months but they are asking for 9.40
- When i asked the support staff, he told me that this is what it is and you can pay monthly and remain on $17.49
-- Then when i asked him that this would not be true because your terms on pricing say something different (Link to screenshot https://ibb.co/HGP9jg5)
-- Response was sorry that we are unable to meet in the middle way and the chat closed
Seriously they should be ranked the lowest when it comes to reseller hosting and what a disappointment. Manje
