I've been hosting my business site on WinHost for about 15 years now. I use Visual Studio to write and deploy .NET web/server code and use their SQL Server to store data. They made it easy to install a phpBB bulletin board... Više . I didn't use any of their other fancy app installs (WordPress, etc), as I mostly just write stuff from scratch in Visual Studio. I think they are generous with their storage offerings for the price, I've typically gotten good customer service, and server response times are fast. Manje

The platform is great. However, there is an issue with my cdn and my website and after 48 hours it still has not been resolved. I am aware that I have a standard support package but this should be part of the package as it is... Više from their end. One other issue which I was not aware when I decided to go with them is that they are using a late version of PHP. Not great for speed. You have to be on the next suppôt level, to be upgraded at a cost of £100 support for at least 6 months. Not happy right now. Manje

I have had my website down 4 times in the last three months for more than 8 hours at a time. There is no redundancy whatsoever and this is there response when I asked why their website did not go down just the customers. I ha... "The blackhole routing is for a specific IP range. The Winhost main site, as well as many of my clients, are not hosted within that range."
So their site does not go down... but everyone else does. WTF Manje

I could not describe a more useless understanding that this company members have of Western customers and practises.
If you want our bucks give us the service we require.
