ut have been logged in as sent but recipients have not received the emails. we only know when clients contact us that they did not receive the emails. There's no explanation of what is going on despite repeated incidents reports. A call to their technical department does not help either. There's very little urgency displayed in their service recovery. my entire server was done for more than 5 days and during the recovery, there's very little communication despite reminders for an update.
