I subscribed with them for 6 months during the first month of service and encountered many problems that I cannot count every minute. I go to the supp...

ort to take an apology from them and hours to solve the problem in the servers they have. They are fraudsters. I asked for a backup copy of my sites. Absolutely Invoice #13193 This invoice was fully paid on Dec 4th, 2020 14:23:20 PM. I only used 6 months, and I never had a single day without a server error

Avoid if you expect any service

Been trying to our connect domain name to a website for a couple of weeks now. Called probably 20 times over this period and he only ever answered onc...

e. Not even any answerphone service. He told me it would be easier to log a ticket. Did this, takes ages (sometimes) days to get a response. Keeps fobbing it off to different companies to deal with and each time it comes back to him. Have delt with a couple of other hosting companies before and it has always been a simple 15min task but Brad from Hoopla doesn't seem to want anything to do with it. Somehow he has locked our domain to his company even though the domain has been around for a couple of years and I can't even get in touch with him to find out why. As soon as I can figure this out i am transferring to another provider. Worst domain experience ever. Beware of this company.
