I’ve been a customer of IONOS for years and am satisfied with the service I receive. If I have a problem, someone is there to assist personally shortly. The hosting is stable and easy to use.

Više ng back to the previous one, paying a bit more expensive but I have the standard support. It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. I have read comments on different platforms (Twitter, YouTube, etc) and I am not the only one disappointed! So something is very wrong with your support team. Manje |  Server Still down after 11 days Dave Smith, My experience with websfusion is not good. My dedicated server has been down for 11 days, their support system is a joke. I have phoned every a day to get this sorted out, each day I am told "I will send a request through for... Više you and someone will get back to you" So far no one has got back to me. I have lost all hope. Avoid at all costs if you want a reliable service. Also your review system should allow zero, as they deserve zero not 2/10. Manje |
