us professional that could not get it up an running again. In a last ditch effort we called the tech department of A2 Hosting as the site was on their servers.

Here is where it gets good... Within minutes of providing our support pin, we got technician Scott W. on the line to assist. He completely fixed the issue that crippled our site in about 15 minutes. The very issue that had us offline for over a week while paid technicians failed over and over. I was and still am utterly amazed and in awe. The value of his services was worth more from a financial standpoint comparatively than the cost of hosting a site on A2 for the next century. ...and it was all free simply because we placed our data on A2. I could never thank this company enough. I could never thank Scott enough. Sincerely, William, client for life. |

removed plan and that plan is not available for new customers. While i purchased the plan , the executive told me that i will get all the benefits which will be available at the time of renewal. But now company is saying that they will not provide any discount either purchase a higher plan or renew it without any discount means at about double cost. its very frustrating. they are not ready to listen. They told me that I can change my plan, then they told me that you have to pay 25$ for changing the plan, again they told me that it was a mistake and no need to pay. Again they told me that there was a misunderstand I have to pay. again they told me that your 25$ fees is waived off. Are you playing with the customers ? Choosing A2 hosting is my big mistake.

eturned. The question is where are they returned? And returned to your account. The account was blocked. I am writing to technical support, to which they answer me "Our compliance department has reviewed and declined your order.
