record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.
The one thing that is important to me is getting help with my website. They have great support articles and they are always helpful when I need it!

No Service only Lies

l Support staff is incompetent. Additionally, they do not read the messages that one sends in chat. As for generating a trouble ticket, I generated a trouble ticket on Dec. 30, 2022 at 8:30am Central Time. They did not respond until January 3, 2023 at 9:05am stating there was no problem. Well. NO SH*T, Sherlock. The server reappeared sometime after 21:00 on Saturday, December 31, 2022. Even though the server shared057.arvixe.com died sometime on December 29. There are no reports that anything was wrong with the server. Plus, Arvixe raises their rates every year once you are stupid enough to purchase a service. Things were good in 2015, yet the service and support has rapidly declined since 2019. At one time, I hosted 10 domains on Arvixe. Because of poor service I moved them to another hosting service. Will move the last three this month.

I asked a simple question about whether their shared hosting supports Imunify360 + CloudLinux + LiteSpeed, and he couldn't provide a straightforward answer, insisting that I needed to buy a VPS and even shared a link to an official license buying site. He adamantly denied that such features were available in shared hosting plans, demonstrating a lack of knowledge. This encounter left me with no desire to proceed with a purchase, as I believe that if this is how they treat potential customers before making a payment, their post-payment support is likely to be just as disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to communicate clearly, I received nothing but rude and unhelpful responses from Danny. I frequently see their ads on Facebook, and while I had planned to make a purchase, this experience has solidified my decision to steer clear of InMotion Inc hosting. My review may not encompass all of the details, but it reflects the unprofessionalism and lack of communication I encountered during my interaction with their sales representative. This is truly one of the worst experiences I've had in my 16 years of web development.
Comparing Arvixe to InMotion Hosting is almost like comparing apples to oranges in terms of quality. Not only does InMotion offer more hosting options with higher end hardware, but they are able to do it at a lower price than Arvixe. InMotion also consistently receives much higher review scores from their customers, and our hosting experts gave them a much more favorable review as well. On some hosting packages, the server specs are significantly higher, which makes for a better hosting environment. All this shows that there is no doubt that InMotion Hosting should be the winner in this comparison.
