Despite repeatedly flagging the email issue, three different support specialists failed to investigate or resolve the problem. It wasn’t until I demanded a phone call days later that the root issue was identified and fixed within minutes. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
Even worse, GreenGeeks refuses to take accountability for their mistakes. They continue to deflect blame and ignore the fact that their team overlooked my concerns, despite repeated follow-ups. As a result, I lost access to an entire week’s worth of emails, damaging client relationships and halting essential communications.
Their dismissive attitude toward customer complaints and refusal to acknowledge their role in this fiasco show a complete lack of professionalism and care. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer service.
Avoid GreenGeeks at all costs if you value your time, your business, and reliable support. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
