The support service is simply terrible. I have been using this hosting provider for more than two years, and from time to time I exceed the allowed ba
...ndwidth limit. This used to be fixed in about 5 minutes by purchasing an additional bandwidth package. For some reason, I still cannot buy this upgrade myself from the control panel, so I have to contact support every time.
This time, the issue took 3 hours to resolve. It took 2 hours before I was even able to pay the invoice, and then I had to wait another full hour for the service to be added. This was very disappointing.
Support replies only about once every 30 minutes.
This kind of service may be acceptable for some people, but I am now seriously considering moving to another provider.
