When I told them I was frustrated with the service I was told "I wasn't fun and that I have a negative attitude" because I didn't want to try their website builder for free. Do not use this service! I signed up for the service (over other providers) because their website said "7 Day Money Back. Try us risk free for 7 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will grant a ... Više full refund, no questions asked". Well, read the fine print. It's only the first server. I ordered a few. The TOS is buried much farther down the UX flow. When I asked for my money back after < 2 days, they gave me a very strongly worded rejection followed by an even ruder response. Clearly, I was not trying to abuse their service, they just convinced me to buy more with their "guarantee". If you are a current customer, be warned that their support may get hostile.
