no document required for .id TLD

starting on August 2019 there is no need to to upload document for .id registration. I've been using this company service about 4 years. no complain t...

ill now. for a static website it will be okay if you host in on shared hosting but if you need a high performance hosting you'd better move to vps, now vps become cheaper everyday. this company is also provide vps service with a reasonable price eventhought I'm using google cloud for my vps and purchase domain on rumahweb.

These guys cut our bandwidth without telling us, lied about having done so, embarrassed us in front of our clients and are technically quite poor. In ...

reality they had a chance to up-sell and increase their billlings from us but now we are leaving the company and trying to warn others not to repeat our mistakes.

Appalling service

SiteGround restricted access to emails and our website with 14h notice, as the plan was insufficient. The upgrade was worth £40. This is highly unprof...

essional, as small businesses rely on using their email constantly and the website needs to be functional. Surely there are many ways of getting £40 out of your clients in a civilised manner, other that sending a random email and then stopping all services within 14h. We will definitely be changing providers and strongly advising our partners against using SiteGround.
